Poetry for the helpers

Welcome to my internal gears turning, in the form of words on a page. I sometimes think for days before crafting the words, I sometimes pull over and jot them down in a hurry. Occasionally I write a piece and read it years later thinking “hey, pretty good.” Occasionally I delete a piece. I hope you are able to read some of these and be edified, recognize a similarity in your own self, or simply smile. It is in writing that I process life and meaning. Have a beautiful day. Ruth
