We dance in joyful essence as a group
We gather in robust laughter as a family
We shoulder the duties of work diligently as partners
We cook in companionable camaraderie
But we cry alone

Welcome to my internal gears turning, in the form of words on a page. I sometimes think for days before crafting the words, I sometimes pull over and jot them down in a hurry. Occasionally I write a piece and read it years later thinking “hey, pretty good.” Occasionally I delete a piece.
