Before the cabin
Before one can sit contentedly in their little oasis
One must probably hit their thumb with a hammer
Maybe
A time
Or two
And measure twice and cut once a few thousand times
And possibly rework that corner
And of course be sure of that angle
And ache at night and do it again tomorrow
Another trip to get more stuff needed that didn’t get here last trip oh
Expensive everything
Worth it, all of it
And no small wonder
And
And,
And-
I can hardly wait.
